Job Description:

• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data to forecast sales trends and make monthly sales report.
• Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
• Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
• Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
• Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
• Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
• Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
• Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.
• Determining sales potential and making recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree/ College in Foreign Trade, Economics or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role.
• Strong research and data analysis skills.
• Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software.
• Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

General Requirements:

• Proficient English skills, both written and spoken.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software.
• Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time and task management skills.
