- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data to forecast sales trends and make monthly sales report.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
- Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
- Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
- Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
- Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
- Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.
- Determining sales potential and making recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree/ College in Foreign Trade, Economics or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role.
- Strong research and data analysis skills.
- Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software.
- Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
General Requirements:
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software.
- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time and task management skills.
- Proactive and understanding of the necessity of making things right the first time.
