Risk & Compliance
- Identify, analyze, evaluate and manage risks inherent in business processes.
- Report risks/ findings identified based on audit program and agreed action plan.
- Follow-up aligned action plans to ensure risks are mitigated or minimized.
- Internal audit, support and controls.
Quality assurance
- Maintain policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Function in line with organizational objectives, internal business standards and applicable laws.
- Identify gaps in current compliance processes, systems and procedures and implement actions to close those gaps.
- Continuously improve to optimize the company's processes and regulations in a streamlined manner, shortening time and costs while ensuring the quality and progress of the work.
- Review and update to improve the appropriate control measures.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree/ College in Finance/Economics/Accounting or Business Law
- Exceptional Knowledge of Internal control and Compliance in manufacturing companies.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Proficient English skills, both written and spoken.
- Fast learner, Independence, passion for internal control and compliance.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good time and task management skills.
- Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
General Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software
- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and understanding of the necessity of making things right the first time.
- Be able to work under pressure, and willing to take responsibility.
