- Calculate production costs & products
- Make a summary of expenses regarding sales, transportation, freight, customs ...
- Prepare management reports on request
- Prepare a general report on sales volume and make an analysis of sales performance.
- Collect, aggregate, and forecast sales on weekly basis.
- Build a data system related to the implementation of business objectives.
- Summarise payment plans of accountants.
- Track the progress of payments from customers and payments to suppliers.
- Prepare financial statements provided to the bank, monitor loan contracts with the bank, and prepare disbursement records.
- Manage fixed assets and equipment, and prepaid expenses.
- Inventory tracking.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree/ College (Major of Accounting)
- Solid understanding of accounting legislation and accounting procedures
- At least 2-year experience in related fields
- Be able to work under pressure, and willing to take responsibility.
- Good English is preferable (both writing and reading)
- Good writing & reporting skills
- Fast learner, Independence, passion for accounting
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good time and task management skills.
General Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software
- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and understanding of the necessity of making things right the first time.
