Job Description:

• Conducting annual audits for current company certifications such as FSC, PEFC, GGL, SPB, ISO and new certifications based on company strategy and customer request
• Working with certification bodies (CBs), consultant services, customers, or any third parties relating to sustainability issues
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and effective working process
• Make weekly reports to upper managers and BOD
• Creating and developing the organisation’s short- and long-term sustainability project based on company strategy.
• Stay up to date with the national and international regulations for the Woody sector in general and the biomass sector in particular.
• Monitoring and evaluating the feasibility of sustainability programs, and, when needed, recommending changes to close strategic gaps.
• Other tasks related to the sustainability department.

Job Requirements:

• University Degree/ College (Foreign trade/Export & Import/Forestry major is preferable).
• Experience in the same position is a big advantage. No experience can be trained.
• Have experience in consulting or auditing sustainability certification such as FSC, GGL, PEFC,.. is preferable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese, languages is a must
• Strong research and organisational skills.
• Good time and task management skills.
• Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

General Requirements:

• Good digital literacy, including knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to work with digital tools such as MS Teams for day-to-day work
• Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and understanding of the necessity of making things right the first time.
